Open-air on a field, marquee, corporate event or trade fair stand: nothing runs without solid power distribution – and with daisy-chained extension leads the breaker trips at the first soundcheck. photon covers the whole path from the feed at the house connection or site power box to a properly fused socket at the stage, tech position, lighting and catering.

You get distros, cabling and adapters from our touring stock – the same equipment we run on concerts and corporate productions. We plan the load distribution to match your consumers and deliver and cable in the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf area – or you collect everything yourself as dry hire from our Wesseling warehouse.

From the compact 32 A to 6× Schuko mini distro (from €18/day) and the photon 63 A CEE distro from €9.60 up to site distribution: 63 A boards from €25, 125 A distros from €30.10 per day.

CEE cabling

Cable runs in all lengths: 32 A from €4.90 (10 m), 63 A from €25 (10 m) and 125 A (10 m) for €48.10 per day.

Schuko sets

Pre-packed distribution sets for stands, backstage and catering: small from €43, medium €67, large with TriBlock €116.10 per day.

Adapters

CEE adapters between 16, 32, 63 and 125 A from €6 – so every feed matches your equipment.

How power gets to your event

1. Enquire: Tell us what will be running – PA, lighting, LED wall, catering appliances – and what feed the venue offers.
2. Load plan & quote: We size distros and cabling to match and send you a concrete quote.
3. Delivery or collection: We deliver and cable in the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf area – or you collect from our Wesseling warehouse.
4. Return: After the event we strip down, or you simply bring the kit back – done.

photon handles the complete power distribution for your event: from the feed at the house connection or site power box via CEE distros to properly fused sockets at the stage, sound, lighting and catering – planned in a load plan, delivered in the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf area or collected from Wesseling.

What does hiring a power distro cost?

CEE distribution boards start at €9.60 per day, mini distros to Schuko at €18, site and main distros at €25. CEE cabling starts at €4.90, complete Schuko sets at €43. All prices plus VAT – and publicly listed in the rental shop.

What power feed does my event need?

Rule of thumb: a Schuko socket delivers up to 3.7 kW – enough for a small sound system. 16 A CEE gives around 11 kW, 32 A about 22 kW (a typical stage with light and sound), 63 A around 43 kW and 125 A about 86 kW for large productions. We are happy to calculate your consumers in detail.

Do you also hire out generators?

Our rental stock covers the distribution – from the connection point to the socket. The feed comes from the house connection, a site power box or a generator provided on site; we gladly advise on sizing the feed correctly.

How long is my quote valid?

Our quotes are non-binding and prices are calculated daily. You have 10 days to confirm informally – a short e-mail is enough. The booking becomes binding with our order confirmation. If availability has changed in the meantime, we adjust the quote first – so you never confirm blindly.
