Photon Veranstaltungstechnik was founded in 1995 in a garage in Wesseling. From the outset, it was our goal to create successful events using the latest technology. Over the years, we have achieved many milestones and built valuable partnerships. Thanks to our network, we were able to implement ever larger events and manage successful events across Europe.

1. How far in advance should I book your services?

To ensure that we can meet your needs, we recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance. Planning early means less stress — for you and us!

2. What is included in your event planning services?
  • Online registration and participant management (including password recovery for “forgotten” guests).
  • Support on site so that everything runs like clockwork.
3. Do you offer individual event packages?
  • Yes! Whether it's an XXL stage or a mini event — we tailor everything so that it fits. From talent search to schedule: Your wishes, our mission!
4. How do you guarantee the success of an event?
  • Success is inevitable for us: travel arrangements so that everyone is there on time — including Aunt Gerda. Accommodation bookings so that no one has to spend the night in a tent (unless you wish!).
5. Can you help with choosing a location?
  • Absolutely. Whether it's a chic theatre, a casual barn or a space theme in a hangar — we'll find the perfect location. We also draw the seating plan if necessary!
6. What payment terms do you offer?
  • Our terms? It's simple: We deliver quality — you enjoy. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or gold bars (joke!) take place.
