photon Veranstaltungstechnik was founded in 1995 in a garage in Wesseling. From the outset, it was our goal to create successful events using the latest technology. Over the years, we have achieved many milestones and built valuable partnerships. Thanks to our network, we were able to implement ever larger events and manage successful events across Germany. For full-service productions, four to eight weeks before the date is ideal – earlier for large events. Pure equipment hire (dry hire) is often possible at short notice if stock is available.
- In event planning, photon handles the technical planning and concept and coordinates all technical trades, from staging to lighting and sound. Loading access and lifts, power supply, room acoustics and access times are clarified in advance. Technical planning can also be booked on its own; existing service providers are integrated. photon does not offer catering or artist booking, but on request refers partners from its network and coordinates the technical workflow with them.
- Yes, photon also takes on individual services – for example sound with a technician only, set-up and dismantling only, or technical planning only. You book exactly the modules your event needs; photon integrates existing service providers and handles the technical coordination with the other trades. If you only need equipment, you can rent it as dry hire without operating staff – more than 600 rental items are listed with published daily rates in the rental shop.
