Buying used is particularly worthwhile for durable equipment such as trusses, cases, stands and robustly built fixtures. Look for documented maintenance, operating hours, complete original accessories and a function test. For devices with lamps or batteries, the condition of the wear parts is decisive. The big advantage over buying privately: from a specialist dealer you get tested goods and a fixed contact person.
