What needs clarifying early

Most problems on event day arise weeks earlier — from questions nobody asked. We clarify these four first, because they determine what is technically possible at all.

01 Loading dock and lift

How does the equipment get into the room? A goods lift that won't take flight cases costs hours — and those are missing at soundcheck.

02 Power supply

Is the fusing sufficient for lighting, sound and catering at the same time? This is regularly underestimated and only noticed on setup day.

03 Room acoustics and height

Reverb, obstructive pillars, usable ceiling height for rigging: this decides which sound system and which stage setup are feasible at all.

04 Access times

When can setup begin, when must the room be cleared again? The entire schedule follows from this — calculated backwards.

How much lead time is realistic

What typically goes wrong

Starting too late. Good venues and suppliers are taken early.
Technology considered too late. It determines power requirements, setup time and sometimes even the seating plan.
No buffer. Neither in the budget nor in the schedule — and both almost always overrun.
No plan B. A failure without a backup device quickly becomes awkward in front of an audience.

What types of events do you plan?

We plan the technology for business events, trade fairs, galas, concerts and company parties.
Each event is individually tailored to your needs.

Can you also implement special requests?

Yes! Individual wishes and special concepts are our strength.
Whether it's a themed event, an unusual venue or an elaborate production – we will find a technical solution.

Do you also take care of catering and artist booking?

We handle the technology ourselves: stage construction, lighting, sound and video. Catering and artist booking are not part of our services – on request we refer partners from our network and coordinate the technical schedule with them.
Our goal: Perfect harmony between all elements of the event.

Can you also be booked for international events?

Yes. Our focus is on the German-speaking region – Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Beyond that, we also work internationally on request – just get in touch early so that we can plan logistics and lead time properly.

How early should planning start?

Depending on the size of the event, ideally several months in advance.
Short-notice enquiries are possible, but a longer lead time ensures the best results.

Do you also take care of guest management?

No – invitations and registration stay with you or your agency. We supply the technology for them, such as microphones for the reception or displays in the foyer.
On request, we refer partners from our network.
