Die meisten Probleme am Eventtag entstehen Wochen vorher — durch Fragen, die niemand gestellt hat. Diese vier klären wir zuerst, weil sie bestimmen, was technisch überhaupt möglich ist.

01 Ladekante und Aufzug

Wie kommt das Material in den Raum? Ein Lastenaufzug, der keine Cases schluckt, kostet Stunden — und die fehlen am Ende beim Soundcheck.

02 Stromversorgung

Reicht die Absicherung für Licht, Ton und Catering gleichzeitig? Das wird regelmäßig unterschätzt und fällt erst am Aufbautag auf.

03 Raumakustik und Höhe

Hall, störende Säulen, nutzbare Deckenhöhe fürs Rigging: Das entscheidet, welche Beschallung und welcher Bühnenaufbau überhaupt gehen.

04 Zugangszeiten

Wann darf aufgebaut werden, wann muss der Raum wieder geräumt sein? Daraus ergibt sich der gesamte Zeitplan — rückwärts gerechnet.
