EQUIPMENT HIRE · photon EVENT TECHNOLOGY
Hire a projector with the right screen: from conference projectors to 4K laser projectors – including signal feed, a backup solution and technicians on request. Fair daily rates, from Cologne to anywhere in Germany.
Presentation, conference, film night or stage projection – a good projector puts your content up big without anyone having to think about the technology. At photon you hire projectors with the right brightness for your room, plus screens in various sizes, signal feed and cabling.
We think the whole setup through: how much brightness does the room need? Front or rear projection? Is HDMI enough, or do you need signal converters? You get a ready-to-run package – for collection in Wesseling near Cologne, or delivered and set up. And where projection reaches its limits, we tell you honestly and recommend an LED wall.
Optoma DLP projector – from €60.60/day, the straightforward all-rounder for meetings, seminars and smaller rooms.
Dell 4K laser ultra-short-throw projector – from €199.90/day, pin-sharp and placed right in front of the projection surface, so presenters cast no shadows.
AV Stumpfl screens in 365 × 210 cm for front or rear projection, with frames, signal converters and cabling – all in the video category of the rental shop.
Daylight, long viewing distances or a camera broadcast? Then LED is the better choice – find out more on our LED wall hire page.
Compact projectors are available from €60.60 per hire day, 4K laser projectors from €199.90. We price the screen and accessories to match – all individual prices are listed transparently in the rental shop. All prices plus VAT; self-collectors (dry hire) get attractive discounts.
On request, yes: we combine the projector with the right screen (front or rear projection), complete with frame and legs – as a ready-to-run set.
How bright a projector needs to be depends on room size and ambient light: for darkened meeting rooms a compact projector is enough, while daylight or large surfaces need considerably more output. The Dell S718QL 4K laser ultra-short-throw projector in the rental shop delivers 5,000 ANSI lumens and costs from €199.90 per day, plus VAT. Tell us about the room and photon will recommend the right fit.
Projection wins in dark rooms and on tight budgets, LED in daylight, over long distances and for camera broadcasts. We offer both and give you honest advice – see also LED wall hire.

Tell us about the room, the occasion and your content, or browse the video category in the rental shop (in German) – we'll get back to you within a few hours on working days with the right projection set.
