Your Christmas party gets everything it technically needs from photon: a sound system, atmospheric lighting, a microphone for the speech and, on request, a complete DJ setup – delivered, set up and supported, with daily delivery in the Cologne/Bonn area. Since 1995, as a master-certified company with its own warehouse in Wesseling.
Whether it is 30 colleagues in a restaurant, 150 guests in an event venue or the big company party in a hall: we put together the right equipment for your room, programme and budget. Typical building blocks are a PA for music and speeches, a wireless microphone for the management, warm ambient lighting and an illuminated dance floor – and if it should sparkle, we add lighting effects and haze for the right mood.
You can have it both ways: full service with planning, delivery, setup and technical support throughout the party – or dry hire for self-collection from our Wesseling warehouse if your team wants to do it themselves.
For house parties, club celebrations or a small office party, you pick your sound system, lighting and haze machine yourself and collect everything from our warehouse in Wesseling – real packages start from €150 for the weekend. All sound systems and individual prices are publicly listed in our rental shop.
We deliver, set up, hand over ready to run and dismantle after the party – with a PA for music and speeches, a wireless microphone, party lighting and haze. Productions like this start from €1,500 at photon, depending on room and programme.
With stage lighting, a larger PA, an LED wall for the annual review and technical support throughout the evening, complete party productions start from €2,500 – from the company that also equips concerts and tours.
What does Christmas party equipment really cost? From our real projects of the last two years: dry-hire customers pay from €150 for a compact party package. A full-service party with delivery, setup and dismantling starts from €1,500 – larger productions with stage, LED wall and technical support from €2,500. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote; all individual rental prices are publicly listed in our rental shop.
Send us the date, venue and number of guests via our enquiry form – we get back to you with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On the day we deliver, set up and hand over ready to run; on request a technician stays for the evening. After the party we dismantle everything – you simply enjoy the night. Alternatively, collect the equipment yourself from Wesseling and return it afterwards.
Tip: sketch your party in our event configurator first (German interface) – a few minutes produce a first visual of stage, light and sound, the perfect basis for your enquiry.
“Great service and totally uncomplicated communication!” – that is how customers describe working with photon on Google (5.0 out of 5 stars). Your Christmas party should run just as smoothly.
A full-service production with PA, lighting, wireless microphone, delivery, setup and dismantling starts from €1,500 at photon, based on real project experience – with stage, LED wall and technical support accordingly more. You receive a fixed quote after your enquiry.
Yes – as a dry-hire customer collecting from our Wesseling warehouse: compact party packages of PA, lighting and haze start from €150 for the weekend. All individual prices are public in the rental shop.
The Advent weekends sell out fastest for equipment and crew – six to eight weeks of lead time is ideal. Short-notice requests are still worth it: we deliver daily in the Cologne/Bonn area and can often help spontaneously.
Yes – our sound systems play via Bluetooth or cable straight from a smartphone or laptop. That is perfectly fine for playlists and speeches; if someone wants to DJ, simply add a DJ controller.
Of course – a wireless microphone for speeches and awards is almost always part of a company party and works with every one of our systems. We also supply a projector or LED wall for the annual review.
From handover you are liable under our hire terms for damage to and loss of the equipment up to its replacement value – and are required to insure it against loss, theft and damage. For companies this is often covered by an existing business liability or electronics policy; a quick call to your insurer settles it. Just talk to us before hiring if anything is unclear.
Make your Christmas party the best of the year – we take care of sound, light and atmosphere. Send us your enquiry with date and guest count now, and you will quickly receive a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
