A summer party has two faces: a daytime programme for everyone – welcome speech, awards, children's activities – and a party with band or DJ in the evening. We plan the technology for both: a covered stage that shrugs off a rain shower, sound that carries across the grounds, wireless microphones for the management's address and lighting that turns company premises into festival grounds.
We have equipped recurring summer parties for years – from a university summer festival through a hospital's charity summer party to a hotel's company Oktoberfest in autumn. You will find the winter counterpart at Christmas party technology.

Send us the date, the grounds and the programme via the enquiry form – we come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On the day we set up in the morning, hand over ready to run before the first programme item and dismantle after the party or the next day. Speeches, band and DJ all run on the same system – with no rebuild in between.

Our open-air stages are covered and weatherproof, and the technology stands protected – your programme carries on through a shower. Only in storm conditions do safety limits apply, which we discuss with you in advance.

We bring power distribution and, if needed, the supply itself, and lay cable runs so that escape routes and walkways stay clear.
Yes – the same technology keeps celebrating in autumn: company Oktoberfests with band, beer tent sound and atmospheric lighting are a regular part of our calendar.
From handover you are liable under our hire terms for damage to and loss of the equipment up to its replacement value – and are required to insure it against loss, theft and damage. For companies this is often covered by an existing business liability or electronics policy; a quick call to your insurer settles it. Just talk to us before hiring if anything is unclear.
