EVENTS & OCCASIONS · photon EVENT TECHNOLOGY
Your summer party deserves more than a speaker on a stand: photon supplies weatherproof stages, rich sound for speeches, band and DJ, and lighting for the evening – for company summer parties, staff festivals, club and family celebrations. Since 1995, with daily delivery across the Cologne/Bonn region.
A summer party has two faces: a daytime programme for everyone – welcome speech, awards, children's activities – and a party with band or DJ in the evening. We plan the technology for both: a covered stage that shrugs off a rain shower, sound that carries across the grounds, wireless microphones for the management's address and lighting that turns company premises into festival grounds.
We have equipped recurring summer parties for years – from a university summer festival through a hospital's charity summer party to a hotel's company Oktoberfest in autumn. You will find the winter counterpart at Christmas party technology.
Stage decks, sound system and lighting for a club or neighbourhood party – real dry-hire packages from around €260, larger company party packages from €1,000. All individual prices are publicly listed in the rental shop.
Sound for speeches and music, stage or platform, wireless microphones and evening lighting – delivered, set up and supported: such productions start from €1,400 in real projects.
Covered open-air stage, PA for the whole grounds, light show and technical support until the last song – large summer parties such as a university festival or a company Oktoberfest start from €5,000.
From our real summer party projects: dry-hire packages from around €260, company party productions with delivery, set-up and support from €1,400, large parties with a covered stage and band technology from €5,000. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote – all individual prices are publicly listed in our rental shop.
Send us the date, the grounds and the programme via the enquiry form – we come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On the day we set up in the morning, hand over ready to run before the first programme item and dismantle after the party or the next day. Speeches, band and DJ all run on the same system – with no rebuild in between.
Tip: sketch your party in our event configurator first (German interface) – a few minutes produce a first visual of stage, light and sound, the perfect basis for your enquiry.
A university summer festival, a hospital's charity summer party, a traditional club's annual celebration – many parties come back to us year after year. The best sign that technology and collaboration are right.

Our open-air stages are covered and weatherproof, and the technology stands protected – your programme carries on through a shower. Only in storm conditions do safety limits apply, which we discuss with you in advance.
Yes – we plan the system so that speech is clearly intelligible during the day and the band or DJ delivers in the evening, with no rebuild in between.
We bring power distribution and, if needed, the supply itself, and lay cable runs so that escape routes and walkways stay clear.
Yes – the same technology keeps celebrating in autumn: company Oktoberfests with band, beer tent sound and atmospheric lighting are a regular part of our calendar.
From handover you are liable under our hire terms for damage to and loss of the equipment up to its replacement value – and are required to insure it against loss, theft and damage. For companies this is often covered by an existing business liability or electronics policy; a quick call to your insurer settles it. Just talk to us before hiring if anything is unclear.
Make your summer party the highlight of the year: send us the date, the grounds and the programme – and you will quickly receive a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
