EVENTS & OCCASIONS · photon EVENT TECHNOLOGY
A ball lives on music, light and the moment on the dance floor: photon supplies sound for band and DJ, elegant hall lighting and the illuminated dance floor – for proms, dance school balls, club balls and grand ball nights. Since 1995, with daily delivery in the Cologne/Bonn area.
Whether Viennese waltz or prom playlist: the technology has to do both – intelligible sound for welcome and honours, rich sound for band or DJ and a lighting concept that moves from festive dinner to a full dance floor. We supply both from a single source, including microphones for speeches, opening dance moments and, on request, a technician who runs the evening.
From proms to a traditional students' ball in Aachen to the big dance-into-May party with thousands of guests – balls are a regular part of our calendar. For galas with a stage programme and no dancing, see gala & award ceremony equipment.
Sound for speeches and party, lighting for hall and dance floor – real prom packages start from €450 at photon, with DJ crew on request. An affordable setup that still looks like a big night.
Hall PA for band or DJ, elegant ambient lighting, illuminated dance floor and wireless microphones for hosting and honours: such productions start from €1,400.
More space, more light, more programme – large dance events up to the dance-into-May party with full production start from €4,200.
From our real ball projects: prom equipment from €450, a classic ball evening with hall lighting, PA and support from €1,400, grand ball nights and dance events from €4,200. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote – all individual prices are public in the rental shop.
Send us the date, hall, guest count and programme via our enquiry form – we get back to you with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On the day of the ball we set up before doors, match light and sound to the running order – from the opening waltz to the last dance – and dismantle after the event or the next day.
