At conferences, reliability is everything: every speaker must be understood, every slide visible. photon supplies PA systems, wireless microphones, presentation technology and, on request, technical support in the room – since 1995, with daily delivery in the Cologne/Bonn area.
From a team workshop with 20 people to a townhall with the management on the microphone to an annual conference with several hundred guests: we put together the right equipment for your room and programme – speech reinforcement, wireless systems for panel and audience, projector or LED wall, lectern lighting and, for hybrid formats, the streaming technology.
You get full service with setup, system tuning and a technician running the event – or compact equipment as dry hire for self-collection.

Rule of thumb: one wireless microphone per person speaking at the same time, plus one in reserve – headsets or lavaliers for panels, a handheld or throwable microphone for the audience. We advise in detail with the enquiry.
Yes – we supply camera, vision mixing and streaming including audio from the room system, so remote participants hear just as well as the room.
Of course – on request we set up the evening before or early in the morning and are fully tuned before doors open.
