EVENTS & OCCASIONS · photon EVENT TECHNOLOGY
At conferences, reliability is everything: every speaker must be understood, every slide visible. photon supplies PA systems, wireless microphones, presentation technology and, on request, technical support in the room – since 1995, with daily delivery in the Cologne/Bonn area.
From a team workshop with 20 people to a townhall with the management on the microphone to an annual conference with several hundred guests: we put together the right equipment for your room and programme – speech reinforcement, wireless systems for panel and audience, projector or LED wall, lectern lighting and, for hybrid formats, the streaming technology.
You get full service with setup, system tuning and a technician running the event – or compact equipment as dry hire for self-collection.
Compact PA, one or two wireless microphones and a projector – as dry hire from about €100, with delivery and setup accordingly more. All individual prices are public in the rental shop.
Room PA, several wireless channels, presentation and a technician who runs microphones and playback safely: such assignments start from €400 at photon, based on real project experience.
Complete conference productions with stage lighting, an LED wall, multiple microphone channels and crew start from €2,500 depending on format.
From our real conference projects: technical support with a compact system starts from €400; complete hall productions with lighting, LED wall and crew from €2,500. Small meeting equipment is available as dry hire from about €100. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote – all individual prices are public in the rental shop.
Send us the date, venue, number of participants and programme via our enquiry form – we get back to you with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On the day we set up well before doors, tune the system and hand over ready to run; on request a technician stays throughout.
Tip: sketch your conference in our event configurator first (German interface) – a few minutes produce a first visual of stage, light and sound, the perfect basis for your enquiry.
Among other projects, we supplied the technology for a townhall show that won a PR Report Award – and we regularly support conferences, meetings and townhalls for companies and public institutions in the Rhineland.
From our real projects: technical support with compact PA and wireless microphones from €400; complete hall productions with lighting, LED wall and crew from €2,500. A fixed quote follows the enquiry.
Rule of thumb: one wireless microphone per person speaking at the same time, plus one in reserve – headsets or lavaliers for panels, a handheld or throwable microphone for the audience. We advise in detail with the enquiry.
Yes – we supply camera, vision mixing and streaming including audio from the room system, so remote participants hear just as well as the room.
Of course – on request we set up the evening before or early in the morning and are fully tuned before doors open.
So your conference runs smoothly: send us the date, venue and number of participants – you will quickly receive a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
