Livestream & Hybrid Event – We Broadcast Your Event

Town hall, conference, award show or podcast: photon brings your event to the people who are not in the room – with camera, vision mixing, clean audio and a stable stream. From a simple recording to a multi-camera production with its own studio set. Since 1995, based in Wesseling near Cologne.

A good stream starts with the audio: viewers forgive a shaky picture sooner than unintelligible speech. That is why we combine broadcast audio taken straight from the house system, cameras matched to the format – from a fixed wide shot to full multi-camera direction – and a stable feed to the platform of your choice: YouTube, Teams, Vimeo or your own, even password-protected page.

Our productions include the Jägermeister town hall with its own studio set, honoured with a PR Report Award, the award show of a professional ice hockey league streamed two years running, a video podcast for a major radio station and permanent streaming installations for a council chamber and a church parish. The disciplines behind it: video technology and conference technology.

Recording & podcast

Camera, lighting and recording audio for podcasts, training videos and event recordings – real jobs start at around €750; a complete audio podcast set-up recently came to about €1,900.

Livestreaming an event

Your conference, town hall or award ceremony live on the web: camera(s), vision mixing, graphic overlays and encoder – typical productions range from €1,300 to €3,300, multi-camera streams of award shows from €3,400 to €5,000.

Hybrid event & studio production

Studio set, remote guests with a return feed and full direction for formats that play to the room and the screen at once – priced by format; permanent streaming installations (such as a council chamber) ranged from €3,700 to €8,500 in real projects, large production packages up to about €24,000.

From our real streaming projects: recordings and podcast set-ups from around €750, typical livestream productions with camera, direction and encoder €1,300 to €3,300, multi-camera streams €3,400 to €5,000, studio and installation projects above that. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote – individual prices are publicly listed in our rental shop.

Send us the date, the format and your target platform via the enquiry form – we recommend a set-up, clarify internet connectivity and image-rights questions with you and come back with a fixed price. On the day we set up in good time, run a full test with your team and go live on schedule – you receive the recording as a file afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a livestream cost?

From our real projects: recordings from around €750, typical livestream productions with camera, direction and encoder €1,300 to €3,300, multi-camera streams of shows €3,400 to €5,000. After your enquiry you receive a fixed price.

Which platforms can you stream to?

YouTube, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, LinkedIn or a player on your own website – also password-protected or unlisted if the stream is not meant to be public.

How many cameras do we need?

For talks, one well-placed camera plus the presentation feed is often enough; as soon as panel discussions, stage changes or show moments come in, two to three cameras with vision mixing pay off. We advise honestly, based on the format.

Can remote participants join in?

Yes – with a return feed: remote guests appear on the LED wall or screen in the room, hear the house audio and can join the discussion – that turns a stream into a genuine hybrid event.

What about the internet connection on site?

We check the connectivity in advance, prioritise the stream on the network and keep a mobile-data backup ready – and we always record locally so nothing is lost.

Bring your event to every screen: send us the date, the format and your target platform – and you will quickly receive a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
