EVENTS & OCCASIONS · photon EVENT TECHNOLOGY
When your message takes to the streets, the technology has to keep up: photon supplies mobile sound, battery-powered systems and compact stages for demonstrations, rallies, pride parades and processions – weatherproof, quick to set up and available at short notice across the Cologne/Bonn region.
A rally needs one thing above all: speech that reaches people – a hundred or thousands, in wind and in rain. We supply sound for opening and closing rallies, battery-powered systems for routes without power and, if wanted, a compact platform so your speakers can be seen.
From our project practice: pride parades with barrier and stage technology, sound systems for carnival and Rose Monday processions, and rallies for associations and initiatives. For moving parades we combine mobile systems on your float with battery power – the music simply rides along.
Mobile battery-powered sound with a wireless microphone for vigils, small rallies and speeches on the move – hours without a socket, ready in minutes. All daily rates are public in the rental shop.
Sound for the square, wireless microphones, power supply and a technician who accompanies the programme – priced by crowd size and duration, with a fixed quote after your enquiry.
Moving sound on your float, battery power or a compact generator and weatherproof rigging – from carnival processions to pride parades we accompany the whole route.
An honest answer: rallies and parades differ as much as their routes – so we price by crowd size, route and duration and give you a fixed quote after your enquiry. For self-collectors, all battery-powered and mobile systems are listed with public daily rates in the rental shop.
Send us the date, location or route and expected crowd size via the enquiry form – we come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. Registering the assembly with the authorities remains with you as the organiser – we supply the technology, set up in good time and stay through the closing rally if wanted.
Tip: sketch your rally in our event configurator first (German interface) – a few minutes produce a first visual, the perfect basis for your enquiry.
From pride parades with stage and barriers to sound systems for Rose Monday processions and association rallies: when messages take to the streets, photon supplies technology that keeps up.

Yes – our battery-powered systems run for hours without a socket and can travel on floats or handcarts; for larger set-ups there is a compact generator from our rental stock; larger generator sets are agreed with you in advance.
Yes – mobile systems ride on your float; carnival and Rose Monday processions are as much part of our practice as pride parades.
Demonstrations come together in days, not months – we deliver daily across Cologne/Bonn and can often help at very short notice.
Registering the assembly with the authorities remains with you as the organiser – we take care of technology, power and a set-up that keeps escape routes clear.
From handover you are liable under our hire terms for damage and loss up to the replacement value – and are required to insure the equipment against loss, theft and damage. For clubs and associations an existing liability policy often covers this; just talk to us before hiring.
So your message gets through: send us the date, route and crowd size – and you will quickly receive a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
