When the Elferrat – the council of eleven – marches in, everything has to be spot on: photon supplies stage, sound and lighting for carnival galas, children's shows, proclamations and carnival parties – from Wesseling, in the heart of the Rhineland, since 1995. With engineers who know exactly when the fanfare comes.
A carnival show is a running order with a hundred cues: entrances, speeches, dance guards, live acts – and the fanfare in between, again and again. That takes speech-intelligible sound in a packed hall, wireless microphones for the president and the speakers, lighting for stage and guard dances, and an engineer who follows the running order line by line.
For a festival hall in the Rhineland we equip an entire series of shows every season – from the proclamation through the children's show to the grand gala evening. Women's Carnival stages, carnival parties with Cologne bands and even a Rose Monday church service have been part of it too. The compact alternative for club houses and pubs: dry hire for self-collection.
Compact sound, wireless microphones and party lighting for small halls – real jobs start at around €700, or less as dry hire for self-collection.
Sound for speeches and music, several wireless channels, stage and hall lighting plus an engineer through the whole evening: real show productions range from €1,500 to €4,500.
Several shows in the same hall? The kit stays in place between dates – saving set-up and dismantling. Large venues and series range from €5,000 to €7,300 in real projects.
From our real carnival projects: pub shows and small halls from around €700, the classic hall show with stage lighting, several wireless channels and on-site support €1,500 to €4,500, large venues and show series €5,000 to €7,300. After your enquiry you receive a fixed quote – all individual prices are publicly listed in our rental shop.
Send us the date, the hall and the running order via the enquiry form – we come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed price. On show day we set up well before doors open, walk through the running order with your programme director and hit entrances, fanfares and acts right on cue. For series, the kit stays in place between shows.
